Knowledge

What you know, and whether your AI can trust it.

Most organizations are handing AI tools a question and hoping. We build the base the tool should be reading instead: your documents, your decisions, your numbers, with the source on every line. Then we train the people who will use it to direct the tool and check its work, which is the part the vendors leave out.

Provenance on every claim Your files, not the model's memory People trained as evaluators

What we do

Two things, and the second is the one that gets skipped.

A language model is only as reliable as what it is reading and who is checking it. Most AI rollouts fix neither. They point a chatbot at a folder and call it done, and six months later nobody trusts the answers because nobody can see where they came from.

Build

A knowledge base the model reads, not a prompt it guesses at

We convert what you actually have, contracts, reports, meeting records, data extracts, into a structured base that AI tools read directly. Each file carries where it came from and when. Each claim that comes out carries a tag: verified against a file, professional judgment, or something only you can confirm.

  • Built from your documents, in a form you own and can leave with
  • Provenance written into the base from the first file, not bolted on later
  • Works with the AI tools you already pay for; we do not sell a platform
Train

People who direct the tool instead of trusting it

The difference between an AI that helps and one that embarrasses you is the person operating it. We train your team to ask for sources, to catch an invented citation, to separate what the model verified from what it recalled, and to treat every output as a draft from a fast junior who needs checking.

  • Delivered by someone who ran a training center of four thousand students a year
  • Hands on, against your own base and your own questions
  • A written standard your team can hold each other to afterwards

A model cannot invent a source it is required to name.

How we do it

The same discipline we run on ourselves.

We run it on ourselves before offering it to anyone. Every model, every playbook and every figure on this site traces back to a source file in that base, which is why they can be checked rather than taken on trust.

01

Collect and convert

Your source material goes into one structured place, in plain text the model can read, with the original kept beside it. Nothing is summarised on the way in.

02

Provenance on every file

Where it came from, when, and what it is for. A file without that does not go in, because an answer built on it could never be checked.

03

The model reads files, not memory

Questions are answered from the base, and every answer names the file it came from. A claim with no file behind it is labelled as recalled, not as fact.

04

Someone checks

The person using the tool is the evaluator, not the audience. We train that stance until it is a habit, because it is the only control that actually holds.

What this is not

Said plainly, so nobody is surprised later.

This is not an enterprise platform rollout, an integration with your core systems, or a security certification. We do not sell software, and we do not claim a model is accurate because it is confident. What we build is a disciplined base, a working method, and people who know how to use both. If your problem needs a vendor and an IT program, we will say so and point you to one.

Proof

Built on it ourselves, before offering it to anyone.

A validated market model, a 34-standard operating playbook, and an adaptive learning app with over a thousand automated tests, in different sectors, in a year. The pipelines behind the market work parse payer files running to a terabyte, which is the kind of volume nobody reads by hand and exactly what the tooling is for. And when a test said an earlier finding was an artifact, it was retracted and the retraction published, because the base made it impossible to pretend otherwise.
